Krystyn Haecker, AIA, is a principal and partner at Mirador Group in Houston, where she works as the firm’s multi-family practice leader, focusing on building communities in both the projects she delivers as an architect and the team she helps build. She has been involved in AIA and the Texas Society of Architects for many years, leading initiatives to support women, diverse voices, and emerging professionals. Haecker has served in various capacities within AIA boards and committees, including as the 2026 Texas Society of Architects president.
