Hulasol Arc
Hulasol
Handcrafted in Belgium, this flying saucer-shaped umbrella has a patented twist opening and closing mechanism. The top acrylic fabric material offers superior UV resistance and is available in four different colors, while the bottom fabric is a high-strength polyester used in the marine sector. At night, the umbrella transforms into a lamp that can be powered either by a cable or by a hidden battery offering six hours of wireless lighting.
A.I. O.R.I.
Kartell
With a biomorphic shape, the A.I. O.R.I. chair has an unusual way of folding flat—the seat turns down while the two sides come forward. Conceived through artificial intelligence by designer Philippe Starck, the chair’s ergonomic design and foldable frame make it suitable for a variety of environments, from corporate meetings to outdoor events. The A.I collection also includes stools, a console, and a lounge chair also designed by Starck.
In Out Monoplace
Andreu World
Designed by Alfredo Häberli, this seating collection has a curved backrest and customizable panels that absorb and reflect sound waves, reducing ambient noise to aid concentration in individual or group work. The armchair is available with a wheeled base and comes with an auxiliary table attached to the panel. The table also has connectivity options including discreetly integrated power outlets and USB charging.
Vika
Abstracta
The Vika floor screen manages low- and high-frequency noise in offices, hotels, restaurants, and other interiors requiring better acoustics. Available in two sizes, the oblong floor screen is folded into the shape of a wing to create a space that encapsulates and absorbs sound while concealing the screen’s indirect LED light source. A soft, sound-absorbing core is partly made of recycled PET bottles covered with Texfel acoustic felt. Vika can help divide open-plan offices, coworking spaces, and lobbies into smaller areas.
Alder Collection
Mater
Patricia Urquiola collaborated with Mater on Alder, the first collection from the Danish brand produced in the biodegradable Matek material. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, Alder is made from a recycled bioplastic binder mixed with either coffee shell waste or wood fiber and is supported by a 94% recycled steel frame. Alder includes two lounge tables in oval and square shapes, a side table, and a stool in four neutral colors. Designed for disassembly, the collection features components that can be upcycled into new production cycles through Mater’s take-back system.
