Gabriella “Gabby” Bermea, AIA, NOMA, is a first-generation architect and education design leader based in Austin. As a senior associate at Perkins Eastman, she manages complex K–12 work across the US and Latin America, translating community priorities into high-performing, welcoming school environments. Her work focuses on equity, student experience, and the long-term value of public projects. Outside of practice, she’s known for candid mentorship—sharing practical guidance on careers, licensure, and leadership through talks, workshops, and digital content.
