Wood, Jr. United States District Courthouse Formerly known as the Confluence Theater of Hemisfair ’68, the circular building was conceptualized by Donald Deskey Associates of New York and designed by Marmon, Mok & Associates. It was converted into Federal offices by Ashley, Garza, Humphris Associates and Cerna, Garza & Raba.
