The Texas Architectural Foundation (TAF) was established in 1952 by the Texas Society of Architects to make possible deserving students’ dreams of an architectural education, and to enhance the quality of the academic experience at Texas universities. This year, we are awarding $94,349.99, for a total of 59 scholarships.
Out of the 59 scholarship recipients, 47% identify as male and 53% as female. The recipient population is 31% Hispanic/Latino, 29% Asian, 29% White/Caucasian, 7% African American or Black, 2% American Indian or Alaskan Native, and 2% Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander.
